Yes. Depending on the size of the design, we can combine many colours in a single embroidery.
No. We store your previous branding files securely and can reuse them anytime. Just notify us if you need the logo resized or adjusted for new garments.
It depends on the style of the cap and your artwork. However, square or compact designs usually work best compared to long horizontal layouts.
Yes. Embroidery is a premium branding method and is typically more expensive than heat-seal. It offers a more durable and professional finish.
We use industry-standard placement guides (left chest, centre back, arm, etc.). Customers may also specify exact placement during ordering.
Samples may be provided for large orders, depending on stock availability and sizing.
Printed garments may be returnable if the print can be removed. Embroidery, however, cannot be removed without damaging the garment, so returns are generally not possible.
- Embroidery: Best for heavier garments such as jackets, polos, hoodies and thicker workwear.
- Heat-Seal: Ideal for lighter garments like hi-vis vests or technical fabrics where stitching could damage the material.
We use a double-head and single-head machine, allowing us to heat-seal up to three garments simultaneously, with each taking roughly 6–8 seconds.
StaffPacks are custom-made uniform bundles created for your employees. They ensure each team member receives the correct garments, sizes and branding—packed and labelled individually.
Absolutely. We can create different pack types (e.g., Manager, Warehouse, Retail, Technician) each containing the correct garments and branding for that role.
Yes. Gloves, masks, ID holders, belts, safety footwear and other essentials can be added.
